Billing support
Everything you need to manage your subscription, payments, and credits. Manage your plan from the Billing page or reach us directly for anything else.
Managing your subscription
Open the Billing page to view your current plan, remaining credits, and renewal date. From there you can upgrade to Pro, buy a pay-per-use top-up, or add one-off workflow boosts.
Updating your payment method
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. If a renewal fails, you will see a payment attention notice on the Billing page with an option to update your payment details and restore Pro access.
Cancelling or changing your plan
You can cancel your Pro subscription at the end of the current billing cycle from the Billing page. Access continues until the period ends, and you can re-enable your plan any time before then.
Credits & expiry
Free-trial credits reset monthly for up to three months. Purchased credits (pay-per-use and add-ons) expire 12 months after purchase, and the oldest unexpired credits are used first. Expiry is a hard cutoff and does not roll over.
Refunds
Subscription charges are non-refundable once the billing period has started unless required by law. See our Terms of Service for full details.
